1.Manager message
Dear readers
The latest news from the floods in Valencia, Spain shocked me to such an extent that I decided to change the introductory letter of the month and express myself in a different tone than usual.
Autumn is often celebrated as the season of change, a time when nature gracefully transitions from the vibrant energy of summer to the calm stillness of winter. As the days get shorter and the temperatures drop, the world around us transforms into a spectacular display of color. The trees shed their green leaves, replacing them with shades of red, orange and gold, creating breathtaking landscapes that draw people outdoors to admire the beauty of autumn.
This is a description as I would have done it around and before 2000.
Unfortunately the reality today is completely different with droughts in Greece and floods in Spain
We all need to start setting new goals in new projects, or just take some time to appreciate the present.
This season of changes teaches us that transformation can be violent and unexpected, we must not let any step towards renewal escape us.
To all the Arian family, employees, partners, old visitors, New visitors who have already made a reservation for the summer of 2025 November is the perfect time to embrace change and look forward to the future.

The numbers always tell the truth and more than any personal desire of each of us, it proves in the most obvious way the success of this destination and how much it has been embraced by all of you who have been visiting it for twenty years for your summer holidays

According to the last update we had from Google Business, the photo with the most views , is the one I took of a great June morning in front of the Palm Beach restaurant.

5.Why All inclusive
Anyone who travelled to an island this year for their holidays came face to face with an unpleasant reality that unfortunately tends to become the norm: The incredible precision in products and services. And if there is any excuse for tourism professionals waiting in July and August to make a whole year's worth of money, what can one say about the high prices at the end of September? ……
So in Zakynthos,
If you want e.g. to eat a veal steak you will pay in a range from 19 to 30 euros (we are always talking about taverns and not a gourmet restaurant), a pork steak reaches 16 euros and a portion of pasticcio 12 to 13 euros.
A slice of kadaifi wrapped in honey (this scourge) is 10 euros. Simply put, a couple wanted at best 50 to 60 euros for a meal, where the menu would include two main courses, a salad and an appetizer.
And if you think that the seafood - and indeed the frozen or the fish farm - was cheaper, a portion of octopus reached 16 euros, squids at 13 to 15 euros and a sea bream at 20 euros (and not pelagic).
Let's accept that you have the possibility to cook in the place you rent so that your vacation will be cheaper. In the greengrocers of the island, zucchini (a seasonal vegetable) reached 4 euros per kilo, beans 6 euros, tomatoes 2.5 euros. Consequently, it is probably reasonable for the shopkeeper to charge the village tip to 10 euros in the tavern.
But on the island we also encountered new customs. Charge for the oil (if you wanted extra, e.g. for the salad), at 2.5 euros for the individual package of 15 ml. Did you want to drink water? At 2.5 euros the large bottle, at 1.5 euros the small one.
Conclusions
All this was published in a nationwide newspaper, giving the moment of choice for foreign and local tourists in all inclusive options
I remind you, we are referring to a period that has well entered Autumn.
Work Case: How much money would a family of 4 need for a week's vacation?
I don't know if this is the most important reason to choose an all-inclusive holiday package but it will certainly be one of the most important.
